I've worked with digital products since 2008, combining user research, UX/UI, product strategy and collaboration across disciplines. During 12 years at Movile, I contributed to products including PlayKids, MovilePay/iFood, Rapiddo, Claro Esportes, Vivo Meditação and Show do Milhão. I also worked on innovation projects and conversational interfaces. At Gipsyy, part of Grupo Guanabara, I led the design of a bus ticket booking app from concept to launch, covering research, experience design, prototyping and UI. I also helped evolve the Gipsyy and Guanabara websites and the Guanabara app. Today, I work at JCDecaux Brazil as a Senior IT Project Analyst / UX Designer, connecting business needs, user experience and technology across digital transformation, automation and process-improvement projects. Artificial intelligence is also part of my work. I've been exploring practical corporate applications of AI and delivered a training session for employees on AI and JCDecaux's internal AI tool, helping teams bring the technology into their everyday workflows. I hold a degree in Advertising from PUC-Campinas and continue to develop my skills in Product Design, user research, cognitive science for UX, artificial intelligence and Microsoft Power Platform.
